OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We at the Herbhippi are a small sole business and aim to prepare and ship your order with utmost care and as soon as possible. On average it takes 1-3 days to have your order ready and shipped. If due to certain circumstances we cannot handle your order within this timeframe, we will notify you and offer you a feasible solution.
If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please notify us/ add a note to the order so that we take it into account as much as possible.
We hand craft our products in small batches and some products could run out of stock pretty fast.
We ship your order using the service of Royal Mail, Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
If you'd like to have your order shipped using a different postal operator or an express service, please get in touch with us and we can look at the options available for you.
Also, if you'd like your order shipped without the Track & Trace option, contact us. However, please keep in mind, when you choose to have your order shipped without tracking, the package is not insured and we do not bear any responsibility if by any chance the package is misplaced, lost or not delivered to you.
Currently we ship only in UK
For us it is very important to have satisfied customers, thus if there are any issues with your order (eg. product is damaged) please contact us immediately (within 1-2 days of receipt) and we are happy to work together to find a good solution
